The international GENIUS LOCI WEIMAR Festival for audiovisual projections was launched in 2012. The festival welcomes more than 50,000 visitors each year, making it one of the largest summer events in Weimar. Since 2014, there is a stage for young artists, the LAB initiated and curated by Leander Leinenbach.Â
In 2016, I joined the Genius Loci team and got in charge of producing a 2-day AV club event and took over the technical lead of the LAB. The goal was to produce a club event combining the performances of international musicians with those of video and light artists.
